We check availability at the house and confirm with you within 48 hours. Only once your dates are confirmed is payment actually taken.

No. Submitting the booking form authorises your card but does not charge it. We only take payment once we've confirmed your dates directly with you, usually within 48 hours.

Because your card isn't charged until we've confirmed your stay, you're free to change your mind at no cost any time before that confirmation.

If you need to cancel or change dates after payment has been taken, get in touch as soon as you can — we handle these case by case and will always try to find something fair.

Of course. The booking page has an "ask a question first" option that doesn't require any payment details, or you can reach us directly by email.

Three ways: a private room within the house (coworking-friendly, shared common areas), the whole house rented privately for your own group, or a longer residency stay with meals and a host included. Each has its own rates and details on the booking page.

Daily brunch, pantry basics for simple meals at home, one shared dinner each week, weekly house cleaning, a host on hand during your stay, one group excursion a week, and pickup or drop-off from central Santander or Santander airport.

Yes — the whole house is available self-catered, by the week or two weeks, with reduced weekly rates for two-week stays. A chef can also be arranged on request for an additional cost.

Durations are generally flexible — tell us the dates you have in mind. From mid-June to mid-September, private whole-house stays run one week at a time, Sunday to Sunday.

Casa Azul has 8 bedrooms in total — a six-bedroom main house plus a separate two-bedroom apartment — along with a private garden and swimming pool.
