A house with room to live

Light. Space.
A different rhythm.

Casa Azul is a spacious six-bedroom house with an additional three-bedroom apartment, designed around the simple pleasures of living well.

Large sliding doors open the dining room onto the garden. Skylights bring natural light into the house throughout the day. There are quiet corners for focused work, spaces for cooking and eating together, and plenty of room to swim, walk, exercise or simply be outside.

The place is the point.

The sea is never far.

Casa Azul sits a short walk from the Cantabrian coast: quiet coves, small fishing towns, and a rhythm of its own. Most days end with a walk down to the water.

Six rooms, each with its own light.

A bright, open studio with long worktables and a big door that opens to the yard. It is the working space for our art residencies.

Playa Usil and the estuary are close to the house, with paths, quiet lookouts and the Cantabrian coast beyond. Most days end with a walk.
