A house with room to live

Casa Azul is a spacious six-bedroom house with an additional two-bedroom apartment, designed around the simple pleasures of living well.

Large sliding doors open the dining room onto the garden. Skylights bring natural light into the house throughout the day. There are quiet corners for focused work, spaces for cooking and eating together, and plenty of room to swim, walk, exercise or simply be outside.

Casa Azul sits a short walk from the Cantabrian coast — quiet coves, small fishing towns, and a rhythm of its own. Most days end with a walk down to the water.
