2026 – 2027
Art residencies and coworking stays run on a fixed yearly rhythm. Every other week is open for private stays, guest-organized or Wellestar-led retreats, events, and whole-house buyouts.

From €1,200 / week
Self-catered, whole house to yourselves: €1,200/week (€1,600 including the two-bedroom apartment), or €2,200 for two weeks (€2,800 including the apartment).
Durations are flexible — request the dates that work for you. From mid-June to mid-September, private stays run one week at a time, Sunday to Sunday. A chef can be arranged on request — price depends on what you're after.
Rates can run up to 15% higher during high season. Art residency and coworking bookings run Sunday to Sunday, in blocks of one, two, three or four weeks. Private stays are flexible in length, except from mid-June to mid-September, when they run one week at a time. For private stays, retreats, events and buyouts outside the set residency and coworking weeks, get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.
