How booking works

Choose your dates and request your booking. Your card is held, not charged.
We check the dates and confirm, usually within 48 hours.
Only then is the payment taken, and we send you everything you need for your stay.

If we can't confirm your dates, the hold on your card is released and nothing is charged.

Cancellation policy

Once confirmed, rooms and residencies are refunded in full if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 50% from 15 to 29 days before, and not after that. Whole-house private stays are refunded in full 35 or more days before arrival, 50% from 7 to 34 days before, and not after that.

If your booking has not been confirmed yet, you can withdraw it at any time. Read the full Cancellation Policy.

Rooms can be booked for one person. Two people sharing a bed can book the Seaside Suite or a room with a private bathroom (the price is 40% higher).
