    We check the house and get back to you, usually within 48 hours, to confirm your stay and arrange payment directly.

Art Residency

From €490 / week

Prices are per room, per week, for one person. The stay includes a daily breakfast buffet, one shared dinner each week, pick-up and drop-off at Santander bus and train stations or the airport, a weekly excursion, and hosting throughout your stay.

Whole-House Private Rental

From €2,250 / week

Self-catered, whole house to yourselves: €2,250 per week (€2,750 including the three-bedroom apartment). Stays of two weeks or more receive a 20% discount.

Durations are flexible: request the dates that work for you. From mid-June to mid-September, private stays run one week at a time, Sunday to Sunday. A chef can be arranged on request; just let us know when you send your dates.

All prices include VAT. Rates can run up to 35% higher from July to mid-September. Art residency stays run Sunday to Sunday, for one or two weeks. Private stays are flexible in length, except from mid-June to mid-September, when they run one week at a time. For retreats, events or buyouts outside these, get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.
